Weekend with Ups and Downs for Luca Nierychlo

Last weekend the ADAC MX Masters series made his second stop at the deep sandtrack of Dreetz.
The young gun Luca Nierychlo was also there to get some points in his second masters race.

Saturday in free practice he get the 23rd. time in a strong field of 43 riders.
In time practice Luca was trying to ride some fast laps, but more than 26th place was not possible.

In Moto one he had a good start, riding the first laps around 16th position till a crash gets him back to 30th place. He was working hard to get back, but two more crashes and the very rough track making it not easy. A 24th place after the finish line shows that he has a big heart and never gave up.

Luca was not happy with his riding and we analyze the mistakes and important spots of the track.
On Sunday  morning the warm up went very well. With a 15th position Luca was showing that he can ride in the points. Now he was motivated fort he second moto.

Startgate drops, and Luca made a jump out of the gate. He had bad luck in the corner, because one rider fell in front of him and he gets down. From last position (P40) he came back to 20th. Position and the points, but the he made a little mistake and crashed. Now he must work hard for the second time in this moto. From 26th place he managed a 22nd place after the finish line.

Luca was very happy with his riding on Sunday, but on the other side sad that he could not get some points this weekend.

Next stop is german championship at MC Moorgrund next weekend.
